The Wild Bird Center of Boulder, CO is your resource for backyard bird watching and feeding in Colorado and the Front Range. With over 148 years combined birding experience, our expert staff members are a great resource for Colorado bird feeding and bird watching. Now in our 18th year, Steve Frye opened the first Wild Bird shop in Colorado on West Pearl in Boulder. We will continue to focus on quality birdfeeding and birdwatching gear and our Colorado birding experts are always available to answer your questions and learn of your birding activities.

The Wild Bird Center is a specialty retail shop that offers a complete line of products to help you enjoy wild birds, and foster an exciting backyard habitat.

Our Colorado seed blends are field-tested and proven to attract a variety of birds. We offer an extensive selection of bird feeders, birdbaths, bird bath heaters, nest boxes, and other bird feeding products that are second to none. We carry a large selection of books and other gifts for wild bird lovers. Our extensive selection of binoculars and spotting scopes can help you spot songbirds on the bird feeder, or hawks migrating overhead.
